Refund & Cancellation
At Hogwartz Hostel, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Period
1.1. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.
2. Cancellation Process
2.1. To cancel a reservation, guests must contact us directly by email or phone with their booking details.
2.2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. If a cancellation is made in accordance with the cancellation period (7 days prior to check-in), we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
3.2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
4. No-Shows
4.1. Failure to arrive at the hostel (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee and no refund will be issued.
5. Modifications
5.1. Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may attract additonal fees.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss options.
